Help! Getting a little out of hand

Spendings that is. I have fallen off the wagon, and can't seem to stop Frown
Work is exhausting. After I get home, I do not feel like doing anything. So I have ate out a lot. I also do not feel like making lunch for the next day, so I have eaten out for that as well. Meanwhile I am some salad sitting in my fridge getting moldy and I don't seem to have the energy to whip up a nice salad lunch. I just want this week to be over already.

    I think a lot of people make the mistake of planning to start something 'next week' or 'next month' instead of just doing it. You will find if you just bite the bullet, that it will get easier. You might not have the energey to make a salad for tomorrows lunch - but you just might as well. It doesn't hurt to try. Instead of putting it off, why not start tomorrow?

    Starting right now is the best option, and it leads to actual progress even if it is not perfect. I was wanting to work out but putting it off, and then this past week I did SOMETHING four times. Not perfect, and not what I want to do, but I still lost almost 4 pounds. =) Doing something (like the salad) is going to be the best insurance that you will see progress. Good luck!
